Founded in 1993, Furnace Products & Services, Inc. (FP&S) proudly celebrates over 30 years of serving the industrial insulation and refractory market. From the beginning, our mission has been simple: deliver dependable materials, expert support, and fast response when our customers need it most.

Based in Butler, Pennsylvania, FP&S supplies a full range of insulation and refractory products to a wide variety of industries — with specialized solutions for the glass industry.

Our product line includes ceramic fiber and bio-soluble board, blanket, paper, textiles, vermiculite, calcium silicate, cements, patches, and mortars, as well as silica materials such as blanket, rope, and cloth.

We also offer custom-sewn shapes and pre-assembled insulation assemblies, tailored to meet unique thermal-management requirements. With one of the region’s largest inventories of firebrick, IFB, bonded AZS, zero-expansion silica brick, and tin bath sealing products, FP&S is positioned to respond quickly — especially in time-critical emergency repair situations.
