Furnace Products and Services, Inc. was established in 1993 and is celebrating 30 years in business. FPS provides Insulation and Refractory products to many industries. Glass Industry products include Ceramic Fiber and Bio Soluble Board, Blanket, Paper, Textiles, Vermiculite, Calcium Silicate, Cements, Patches and Mortars. Silica materials including Blanket, Rope and Cloth. Capabilities include custom sewn shapes and pre-assembled insulation assemblies. With large inventories in Butler, PA of all insulation products and refractory materials including Firebrick, IFB, Bonded AZS, zero expansion Silica Brick and Tin Bath sealing products. We pride ourselves in finding refractory materials for emergency repairs with quick response times.

Larry has worked in the refractory field since 1977 in the minerals processing and the glass manufacturing industries. He has a strong emphasis in supplying refractory complete lines with 46 years’ experience in refractory manufacturing and industrial sales with a strong emphasis in the glass and minerals processing industries.

While working as an agent for most of his career he was exposed to all industries consuming refractory and associated insulation materials.

Holding positions in production, sales / marketing, quality control and material installation emphasizing proper mixing and curing of refractory materials for the longest product life.

Larry was one of the founders of Refractory Machining Services, and now Butler Industrial Services. He formerly held ownership in Zedmark Refractories, RefrAmerica and Hotwork. Forming FP&S in 1994, we now inventory a large selection of refractory and insulation materials used across all heat related industries.  With Larrys extensive knowledge and expertise, he is very conscience of the cost of production down time.

Erika Vice

Erika Vice

Erika Vice joined the FP&S team in October 2023.

Before assuming her current role, Erika spent 10+ years in the Oil & Gas Industry. She was a vital asset to multiple organizations serving in a variety of roles from Executive Leadership, Operations Management and Business Development. Erika is a team-oriented leader with an accomplished background in developing effective business operating strategies.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Morehead State University.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys chauffeuring her two children to sports practices, spending time with her husband and weekends at the lake.
